Quinta dos Cochichos - Country Houses
Quinta dos Cochichos was a local farm, built back in 1917. The houses have been totally renovated, some being used as various accommodation units: 2 apartments , 2 duplexes and a studio, spread into 3 different and separated houses. There are other smaller buildings inside the property, these being used as support to the activity.
The farm is set in about 4 acres, surround by almond, fig, carob and olive trees. We have also developed other fruit trees including some tropical.
All units are different and named after a typical fruit from the Algarve: Carob House, Fig House, Loquat House, Olive House and Almond House.
LOQUAT HOUSE (Casa da Nespera)
Very nice spacious studio for 2 adults in double bed (200x160cm) and 2 children in sofa bed. There is also a single bed. Children under 6 years of age stay for free.
Very large private terrace (25 m2), with barbecue, tables and chairs and 2 sun loungers.
The studio is well equipped with a kitchenette, where you can prepare your own meals.
The living room area features a flat-screen TV with many channels.
The bathroom includes a shower, complimentary toiletries and towels.
Baby bed and other free items are available upon request.
Dressing room where you can leave clothes and luggage.
You may enjoy an outdoor pool and a sauna during winter time, as well as free Wi-Fi and secured parking inside the property.
