Our beach lover's paradise is a beautiful three-story quality-crafted home that sleeps ten in comfort- but also works great as a hideaway for two. The house is equipped and furnished with everything you might want at the beach.
The house, located within the beautiful Silverstrand beach community, was built in 2003. The designer home has three bedrooms on the third floor which are secluded and private. The two smaller rooms have queen beds and mirrored wardrobe doors, they share a full bathroom; the Master Suite includes a California King bed, a gas fireplace, a TV, skylight, claw-foot bathtub, oversized vanity with his and her sinks, walk-in closet, a large walk-in shower with three separate showerheads, and attached balcony. The Master Suite has a stunning view of the Ocean with windows from floor to ceiling.
The second floor includes a gourmet kitchen, a Great Room with a 50 inch plasma screen, the dining room/living room with a table that seats 10, a smaller bedroom with a full bed and a powder room (half bath).
The dining room/living room is floor to ceiling windows with a gas fireplace in one corner; the dining room opens to a deck with ocean view and a stairway leading down to the sand. The gourmet kitchen boasts of two sub-zero refrigerators, a Viking 6 burner gas/convection stove, a microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen environs may inspire budding chefs to sample the year round fresh produce and fresh fish from our local markets.
The house is loaded with speakers and an awesome Sonos Sound System so the music can play in the great room, the kitchen, the living room, the Master Suite, the outside deck and even the garage!
The first floor has a bedroom with a Cal King bed, mirrored wardrobe doors, a full bathroom, travertine tile floors, an entry room with a small refrigerator and microwave. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the sitting room. The garage is stocked with a BBQ, 5 bikes, 2 stand up paddle boards, 2 double sea kayaks, 4 boogie boards, 5 surf boards, 18 wet suits in various sizes, 8 beach chairs and umbrellas, a corn hole game, and sand toys. The gas Bar-B-Q can be rolled out of the garage out to the deck where you can watch the surfers play, and the sun set while BBQing your favorite meal.
The driveway can park 4 cars, please try to park in the driveway not in the street.
So, come enjoy a walk on the beach, gaze at brilliant starlit skies, or just sit on the deck and watch whales, pelicans, and dolphins frolic in the blue waters while you feel the romance and energy of the ocean.
