Waterfront home in Severna Park on the Magothy River. Twenty minutes to the Chesapeake Bay by boat. Three bedrooms and four bathrooms. All bedrooms are on the second floor. Office also has a pull out twin bed. Open-spaced living area on the first floor with large kitchen, dining room, living room, and piano room. WiFi, beautiful patio off the kitchen. 100-foot pier with firepit, four Adirondack chairs, and boat dockage, Gas grill and plenty of parking.
Minutes away from Annapolis and Baltimore. Forty minutes to Washington DC. Comforatably, sleeps seven. Water toys include 2 SUPs, inner-tubes, 2 kayaks.
This a perfect place for small family gatherings. It is not a place for weddings, wedding receptions, bachelor parties, bridal showers, or any gatherings more than 12 people. My home is on septic system and cannot accommodate large groups. I live close to my neighbors and respect their peace-and-quiet, so again, I'd love for you to be my guest and enjoy yourself on the waterfront, but this is not a "Party House".
